By accepting the Terms of Service, I understand and acknowledge:

All DNA Investigative Angel team members are volunteers, that have been impacted by unexpected DNA results which has resulted in a desire to help others like themselves, discover the truth.

Each volunteer team has been vetted and trained. Many of us have worked together since 2019.

There is never a charge for NPE (Non Paternal Event) search.

Our first priority is first generation Non Paternal Events. 2nd generation searches are decided on a case by case basis. If you are looking strictly for genealogy, please contact: (to be decided upon)

We are Genetic Genealogist, this means we will be mapping your DNA results and pairing it with genealogy to find the truth.

To give you the best possible opportunity for the truth to be revealed, we require AncestryDNA test to be completed. They are still the largest and most popular testing site.

We will ask you to share each company you have previously tested with or uploaded to, with your assigned team members.

While it’s not mandatory to test with multiple companies, low results will prompt your team to make recommendations on next steps to take.

Please Note: Your privacy is very important to us and anything you share with us will be held in the strictest of confidence, never shared with anyone outside of the team.

It’s vital that the client answer all questions honestly and as completely as possible. Details are very important! The smallest piece could be the difference between solving and pausing a case. If you withhold vital information that is grounds for dismissal.

We (DNA Investigative Angels) Will treat you with the utmost care and respect. We expect you to do the same for us. Remembering, we are volunteers with lives outside of the searches.

We ask a lot of questions during intake, the Angel Team which takes your case will ask further questions during your search. Failure to respond truthfully can be grounds for dismissal. If this occurs, the teams manager will reach out directly and any agreement between DNA Investigative Angels and the client will be terminated, effective immediately.
